Applying:
This machine is applicable for mixing of wet powdery and granulate material in pharmaceutical, chemical foodstuff, ligh industry, electronic, mining and metallurgy, national defense industry and scientific research institutes.
Features:
1. Strong and fast mixing: Strong and fast mixing can be achieved due to effective drive design and variable speed blending.
2. High-degree of homogeneity: When material is added at the rate of 0.1%, the homogeneity can reach 98% in short time.
3. Heating jacket: A heating jacket can be equipped as an option in the mixing tank shell for heating or drying process. The heating medium can be steam, hot water or hot oil. Design pressure is 0.3 Mpa.
4. Liquid spray nozzle: Spray nozzles can be equipped as an option to add liquid additives which can be evenly sprayed onto the mixture.
5. Well bearing sealing: shaft sealing is the combination of Teflon packing sealing and air-tight sealing to make sure long life-span.
6. Automatic discharging valve: The combined discharge valve is pneumatic planer flap valve. The flap plate can perfectly match the mixing tank inner wall to make sure no dead corner.
